1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OffersMap or OffersMap Business, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

OffersMap connects users with offers and discounts from nearby stores. It provides:

• Interactive map of offers
• Loyalty and rewards system
• Voice-guided navigation to stores
• For owners: tools to manage offers, wallet, and analytics

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Impersonating another person or entity is prohibited
• Creating multiple accounts for fraud or loyalty manipulation is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Post offensive, misleading, or infringing content
• Use automated tools (bots/scrapers) without permission
• Manipulate clicks or ratings

5. Offers and Purchases

• Offers are set by owners and subject to their specific terms
• OffersMap is not a party to transactions between users and owners
• Disputes about offers are resolved directly between user and owner
• For owners: cost-per-click (CPC) fees are non-refundable after actual click

6. Intellectual Property

All app contents (logo, design, code, content) are property of OffersMap. Copying or using without written permission is prohibited.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting a review, you grant OffersMap a worldwide non-exclusive license to display this content within the app. You warrant that the content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of all offers or availability at all times
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from app usage, including data loss or loss of profits.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Riyadh.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
